This Day is also known as the Day of Judgement. This Feast unlike the summer feasts is one that has not yet been fulfilled. The Day of Judgement will happen in God's timing just as his appointed feasts. For further reading please go to Hebrew4Christians.com

The day is believed to be the anniversary of the creation of Adam and Eve, the first man and woman, and their first actions toward the realization of mankind’s role in God’s world. Rosh Hashanah customs include sounding the shofar and eating symbolic foods such as apples dipped in honey. The common greeting on Rosh Hashanah is "Shanah Tovah", which, in Hebrew, means "(Have) a good year".http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosh_Hashanah
